I’m a qualified counsellor with experience of supporting people through a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, dissociative conditions, low self-esteem, and eating disorders. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to be heard, and begin to make sense of what you are going through.

I work with warmth, empathy and respect - and always at your pace. Whether you are looking for short-term support or a longer journey of exploration and healing, I’m here to walk alongside you.
